Registration
Space can be reserved by contacting Crane Tech at
(800) 290-0007 or by completing and submitting an on-line
registration form.
Promotions
Most programs have an enroll two and a third is free offer. This
applies to the same program on the same dates for persons from the
same company. Candidates who
fail to show up for their free course may not move their attendance
to any other course or date.
Course Fees
Programs must be prepaid by check or credit card.
Program Time
Most programs start at 8am and end at 5pm each day. Please be aware
of these times when making airline reservations. Courses with other
start and/or end times will be noted on your registration
confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
If you cannot attend, you may send a substitute or receive a credit
memo (less a $50 processing fee) toward a future program offered
within one year. If you cancel up to five business days before
a program or fail to show up for the program you will be liable for
the entire course fee.
If it is necessary for Crane Tech to cancel a program, you
will be notified at least five business days before the start of the
program start date. Please purchase airline tickets accordingly.
Crane Tech will not be responsible for non-refundable travel fees.
Audio and Video Recording
Audio and/or video recording is not permitted during any Crane Tech
programs or functions.
